hello everyone, i am new to this page so im sorry to sound dumb. And as you might noticed im here because i need help and i know you guys could help me. I have Windows XP Pro 32bit, using CA Internet Security Plus 2008 (valid) and Spybot S&D, and even so i think i still go a spyware, adware or malware in my computer. When now i go to google and do a search whenever i click on my results it will redirect me with a popup to a completely different sites. It will take me about 3 clicks when it will finally connect me with the right site. Any ideas of what i should do? I have already ran CA Anti-Spyware, and Spybot S&D and it still happening. I ran them both again and they are finding nothing. Please help, if you need to email me, anyone can do so at <Snip>, but i will be waiting for help in this forum too, thank you so much in advance.

thank you so much for your help. I follow all the steps to the T as told. i ran to one problem but i was able to fix it. While runnin SuPERAntispyware, i asked me to reboot my system (also told on ur help file) but when i did it, my windows wouldnt load, i was getting a blue screen with 0x0000007F as a result, it kept restarting up to 8 times. I finally when to safemode but i was able to do very little. After that i decided to start my computer on the last know good configuration, which it did start but i had no system bar, no icon no nothin but my wallpaper, i restarted it again and it ran. I was able to follow all the step to the T. All the way until MGTools. After that i gave it a run to my google search and it when perfect. I am having no more problems watsoever. Im not having any popups or anything, to be honest IE is running a bit faster but it just could be me. Again im extremely please wit your guys. im really happy, you guys are smart and well knowledgable in this field. If is not problem whenever i have another problem i will like to come back to you guys and ill let others know too. One more time thank you so much.

The procedures are very good at removing malware, but not 100% ..which is why we ask to see the logs, so that we can manually remove any leftover traces. :)
