My HJT Log (I'm can't figure this thing out)

Good morning, this is my first post to this site and I am having trouble deciphering a HijiackThis log file. I have posted it below:

I know there is at least one malware/spyware in there based on PC performance, I just don't know how to decipher this mess above.
