My ISP is blocking me from the internet

Hey Guys,
My wireless ISP at my apartment complex is blocking me from using its services because I have some sort of worm, adware, etc. that keeps on attacking the network. I have followed all the steps in the instruction, except the online trojan searches since I can't connect to the net. I've used Webroot Spysweeper, Ad-aware, Spybot, Ewido as my main adware cleaners; and each one actually found something different. However, even after all this the IT guy still says my IP is sending a lot of junk on the network. I really don't know wat to do now. Please help.
