My Laptop very slow with viruses

Hello to all,

I have one Laptop with Windows Vista, in google page, when i do a search and click on the link I want to go it re-directs me elsewhere.

I did one scan with Avast! anti-viruse. And i did another scan with Hijackthis.
The Hijackthis report is attached.

I need your confirmation to fix:

O13 - Gopher Prefix:
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.116.149 85.255.112.24
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.116.149 85.255.112.24

I tried to use FixWareout, but i cant with Vista.

I need your help as soon as possible.
