My logfile and loads of issues....

I will preface this by saying I know diddly-squat about computers. My friend knows a lot more and has helped me in the past, but he's not currently able to assist me. In the past, I've had to clear my memory back to factory specs to get everything malicious out of my computer, and I'm hoping there's an easier way to do it....

My symptoms are pretty typical. Popup windows, can't launch FireFox, and whenever I try to remove the adware and spyware they just reproduce on reboot.

Argh, ignore this.... like the idiot I am I skipped all the other steps you laid out.... I'll try those first.
