My Logs

I have the same problem as pazjack,
"I have a flashing red triangle with an exclamation point in the bottom right corner of my toolbar. My screen has changed to all red with a symbol in the center and I am receiving constant pop ups to get software to remove the issues. I'm running Microsoft Office XP Professional and I have Norton Anti Virus on my computer."

I couldn't reply on that thread, so I made my own. Anyway, I just completed Step 1 that chaslang left there.

 

Okay now I finished Step 2, and here's my new rapport.txt log.
Please tell me I'm clean! Friday the 13th, no wonder I was so unlucky today.

• Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around..

• CounterSpy
• AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
• Bitdefender - from step 6
• Panda Scan - from step 6
• runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
• newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
• HijackThis

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
