    I followed the read-me step by step and nothing detected my trojan.

    If nothing detected your trojan, how do you know you have one?

    I know I have one because AVG picked it up at one point and some other scan saying that the process "winlogin.exe" was the trojan and that thing is ALWAYS ON. I used to be able to end that process but now it says it's a critical system process.

    It is a system process.....though some malware will attach itself to the logon process. You will have to tell me exactly what AVG reports. It could very well have been a false positive.
