I installed a new video card, and it took me a while to get it to work, or at least I thought I got it working. I have no problems until windows as completely booted up. I have a plug icon in my system tray that says it's on AC power. So, I tried changing the BIOS settings so that PEG is the default. I reset it to 60htz. There is no issues listed in device manager either.

I am running WinXP media center on a Dell XPS 200 (same as Demenion 5150C), and I've installed an ATI X1600 PCI card.

I don't have problems in safe mode or VGA, so I guess I can find the optimal settings thatr will work. Although, should not have problems with 1280 by 1024 resolution.

I have posted on Vistion Tek's forum. I've figured out it was the drivers, but found no solution other than installing them.
