My Net browsers don't work right

My Internet explorer doesn't work when I need it to in school. My school has a proxey server and I do what I need to do and enable it but it still doesn't work. I'm not really sure whats wrong. My firefox doesn't show pictures on websites. Here is my highJackThis log...

Is your school blocking some sites? Is it all pictures you can't see?

Talk to your teacher/admin.

 

No. It only blocks sites. My firefox doesn't even work at home. Internet explorer doesn't work at all though and i asked and it should work.
