My Next 'Bird'

Sorry TeeCee, it's not 'that' kind of bird! I say it may be my next 'bird, because I'm still awaiting for approval from the First National Bank of Spouse:-D Admittingly, there is some hesitation from my 'loan officer' but I' going to use my son's techinque....you know, 'If I can get this, I'll never ask for anything else again,' or maybe, 'If I get this I won't want anything for X-mas, I promise!' That works great for my son, but I'm not doing too good:-D She said she's heard that before, but I explained to her that I'm 60 years old and it may well be the last thing I ever getroflmao She is a 'tough nut to crack,' but I think I'm making some headway:confused Anyhow, here's what I'm trying to get approval for http://www.gressaero.com/evader-rtf.html
