My pc turns off by itself...

Hello guys:wave

Well, lets start with this akward problem.

My computer turns off alone, it simply shut's down, i think it migth be a problem of some software i have installed. Maybe Utorrent.(The screen goes black and disconnects, then i need to turn on the power again, wait for the scandisk and then being able to enter the O.S.)

Sometimes, when i am downloading it the internet conection turns off (I cant download anything) but my net conection stays on...

Strange isnt' it?

I have got Spybot, Search and Destroy, updated versions, and Adware, but i cannot find any malware or virus. I have Avast antivirus... updated as well. so what shoud i do?

Post scriptum, it´s not only a web related problem, because it happens before the Windows XP logo appears...

So can you guys lend me a hand confused

 

I actually try to keep my portable computer... (laptop) clean, including the side where the vent is...

It could be heat related.
Are the coollers for laptop computers advisable?

They are a bit expensive... but hey... i migth try one of those... which is the best one?
