my pc was hacked help

my pc was hacked when i done scan if found win.32poison and prorat-d fserver he even sent pop up messege that said you nightmare will begain then we lost all sound then he sent messages that look like instant messages he would say diff stuff wanting you to reply then all programs started crashing then he put all dls on my screen and then put a vulgar pic of himself onmy pc so i turned pc off should i turn pc back on and delete account can he do anything as long as i dont hook it back up just get new pc thanks larry

 

Thanks for help. My pc was hacked A few days ago. He disabled all programs and files. he put a pop up that said i love dll's and my screen filed up with all my dll's. Then a pop up message said your nightmare will began. I did virus scan and spyware scan. It found win.32poison and profat-d and fserver. I tried to clean but was still there when i scan again. I downloaded Malware removal tools but still there. Then put a sick pic of himself on desktop. Before the pic came up it said witchdoctor. I turned it on today everything has been wiped nothing will load. Thanks for any help
