My possible virus problem... LOG included!

well i was doing my usual downloading and i came up on this keygen... yes a keygen lol and i ran it and then there was no reaction... so i ran it again a couple of times like 4 and still no program launched... so then i scanned it with AVG Free and nothing came up... said it was clear but then i scanned again but with AVG Anti Spyware this time and it came up with this:

RISK: High - Name: Downloader.Delf.cq

so may it have really been this malware? or was AVG just going against my keygen such as other Anti malware programs?

• Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around..

• CounterSpy
• AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
• Bitdefender - from step 6
• Panda Scan - from step 6
• runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
• newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
• HijackThis

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
