I'm in the process of removing malware that is on my computer and during the Rootrepeal stage my program dies out.

I start my computer. I open Rootrepeal located on my desktop. I click the bottom Files tab. I click Scan. After 10 minutes it dies out. I attached an image of what I see.

I ran it three times and it does the same thing.

Has this happened to anyone before. I'm on a Gateway M-6750 notebook running Windows Vista Home Premium.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

*If I move the error window it shows whatever would be in the background. If I hit enter on the window Rootrepeal closes.

    Welcome to MajorGeeks, stones129

If you are running the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide in preparation to creating a thread in the malware forum, please skip RootRepeal and continue on with the rest of the instructions. *There you will be given an alternative tool to use in it's place, if needed.
