   Hello. I have a toshiba satellite s7915 and my brother used it for 1 year after studying abroad, but when he came back he says that it was crashing and doing a whole bunch of other things. So he had his friend "clean" it. However he tells me that it still crashes after about a half an hour using it. I want to know what i could do to help fix it, so im commin to you guys to please help him.

   Crashes can occur for many reasons and many if not most of those reasons are not malware. Since we don't know whether your problems are due to malware or not, the best way to find out would be to run the below and attach the logs:
