I have been doing tons of research.

And some mods of my own.

And i am able to keep Windows 7 64bit Pro version under 2 gigs of ram.

    Check it out.

It barely using my APU and it barely goes above 20% most of the time when i am not gamming.

And i got my Boot time down to 24 seconds with my SSD card.

    All looks brilliant Wile E!

    What are your full specs?

DO remember having large amounts of ram and not using them is inefficient, ram is quick and utilising it all helps a speedy PC, that said and likely as you have done is minimise wasted use or ram.

Kinda thinking how I can get a similar screenshot as Win10 TM is different

With 6 CPU cores and 16 GB RAM, I don't spend much time 'trimming the fat' like I did with XP. Nice to be able to be lazy and still have a pretty good machine. Here is my Task Manager with Skype and Opera open. Task Manager.JPG

Your services file did not come out in a readable format for me. Would be willing to play around some with mine to see if I can 'tweak' a bit more out of the box. I guess we never will stop doing that.:)
