My Video Card fan Broke one blade broke off.

Just a few mins a go my Video cards Fan blade broke off man how annoying.

Luckly i found a quick fix to the issue i added my Older fan that came with my CPU it fit the video cards heat spreader.lol i had that thing spinning basicly 24/7 at 80% speed finally broke i could tell some thing was not right be cause the whole case was vibrating.I do not know where the broken blade went to.

But what is funny my Heat sink fan is doing a much better job at cooling my video card witch i must say is funny:-D

But it does seem that the CPU heat sink is doing alot better job witch is funny:-D
And another plus side is that it is not as loud as the other fan the other fan Spun up to 52000 RPMs I think that was it's max speed.

The GTX 550 ti needs a good fan to keep it under 130F.

I tested the GTX 550 with out a fan and just in the normal state it ran about 130F if i ran a online game i bet you it would have over heated easy.

But since i put the CPU heat back on the normal temp was about 104 to 105 F.
Bad part about this is now i do not have a out take fan but i am still getting good temps i all so have a Window Fan that is a 200mm Dual window blowing into case so that is helping.

 

C.P.U. fans are usually more heavy duty than video-card fans, so it would be expected that it would do a better job than the stock video-card fan.
