    Hi Everyone,

    I am running Win 7 64 bit.

My Videos are not showing up in my library dropdown list by default as they are supposed to when I click my Start Menu. I know they are in there as I can see them already listed when I try to send it there. I have to go to My Personal File and open it from there. How do I get to see it as I do all of my default listings?

    Thank You in advance,
    Ken

Win 7 has My Documents, My Music, My Pictures etc but it does not have My Personal File. What do you mean?

Hi Earling, seems you are always the first (second) to reply to my questions, thank you.

Yes, I have My Documents, My Music, My Pictures but not My Videos showing in the very left blue box when hitting the Start Button. See the attached Screen Shot.

You see the My Video folder is not included. Now if I click on my Personal File (KAHSR) and then right click on My Videos go down to Include In Libraries and you will see that it is already in my Library. You will see this in the seconed attachment.

I hope this clears up what I mean by My Personal File:)

    Hi plodr,
Another long time helper of mine. Thank you for the link it lead me to the fix I needed but not in the same way you mentioned. I am a bit annul on my setups over the years so I took Screen Shots of each panel (top to bottom in increments) to know how it is setup. The funny thing is when I got all the way to the bottom I found the Videos selection. It was checked with it was clicked with Don't display this item I changed it to Display as a menu, OK then Apply and there it is right where I wanted it :)

Thank you for helping me learn something that has been bugging me for years and never took the time to figure out. I saved the link you provide me with I am sure it will help me in the future.

I will be posting another problem of another problem I have had for years also and have never been able to find a workable fix. I hope to see you folks there.
