The problem started out of nowhere.I have windows xp and I noticed that my whole computer is been running kinda choppy.I noticed when I play audio files the audio is choppy and skipping words.same thing when I play videos,i can barely hear anything.
This problem just happened outta nowhere.my computer is also movin slower, but surprisingly my internet is still moving fast with no problem(i have a cable modem).
I scanned my computer with the free online bitdefender scan.I attached the file.it didnt find any viruses or anything though.I also scanned my computer with panda. Im still having the same problems with my computer.my mouse pointer is also moving very choppy
Does anybody have any idea whats wrong with my computer?Does anybody have any suggestions for me?

I attached my hijackthis file along with my panda active scan report.can somebody please help me fix this problem with my computer

    Hi reezy!

Your problem may or may not be malware related, but for us to tell you that we need for you to follow our standard cleaning procedure carefully. Please remember to look at the add/remove programs list which is linked to in the following instructions and to run CCleaner. It makes a lot of difference in what we get to look at!

    Hi reezy!
    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    1) Reset the HOSTS file to by following the below...

Download HostsXpert and then follow the below steps.
    • Unzip HostsXpert.zip
[*]It will create a folder named HostsXpert in whatever folder you extract it to.
[*]Run HostsXpert.exe, click Restore Microsoft's Hosts File and then click OK.
[*]Click the X to exit the program
    2) If you have not already done so, go to Uninstall Malware via Add/Remove Programs and look for any programs which have not yet been removed. I see the below program is still on the computer! Please remove it and any others you find on the list including these two!

    - Viewpoint Media Player

    3) Please run HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    Note:

Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

    5) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune. This program does not require an installation. The executable actually runs the program.

NOTE: This program is for Windows XP and Windows 2000 only. ATF Cleaner will remove all files from the items that are checked so if you have some cookies you'd like to save. Please move them to a different directory first.
    • Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    • Under Main choose: Select All
    • Click the Empty Selected button.
    If you use Firefox browser
    • Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
    • Click the Empty Selected button.
      • NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
    If you use Opera browser
    • Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
    • Click the Empty Selected button.
      • NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main ATF Cleaner menu to close the program.

    6) And Now!! ... GO BACK and install your Hijack this as per the instructions in Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis

It does not belong on the desktop, in temporary files or in your Documents and Settings!! It must be put in the right folder and it has to be renamed to analyse.exe

    7) After you've finished this, please try to run the following and get us the logs for:

    · Hijack This
    · ShowNew (newfiles.txt)
    · GetRunKeys (runkeys.txt)
    · BitDefender
