This is the final computer I need verified as being "clean." I truly am grateful for your time and expertise...

I am not seeing any malware at all in those logs you'll be pleased to hear. In what way is it running slowly?

It seemed to load programs really slow and she would type in stuff and it wouldn't appear for a few seconds...

I must say that happens on my computer too sometimes, on this forum, on facebook... etc - not malware anyway in your case nor mine. :)

    THANKS AGAIN Kestrel13!

I agree..probably due to disc defrag. You have been really cool and I thank you for your help. I am really surprised the person who I let in remotely didn't do any more damage (none really) than they did. They were in over an hour! My hypothesis is they were looking for personal info to do an identity theft with since I wouldn't give them my PW? I don't know.
Do you do online banking or shall I say do you trust online banking? I will be getting an Identity Theft Prevention service ASAP. Do you have any you suggestions?

    Hi there.

Yes I do online banking and I trust it because we have a key card that constantly changes code, so nobody can log on without that little device. :)

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.

    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
