My Windows 10 Freezes Within 5 Minutes Of Start

My hardware is i5 4440, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD )OS installed here). 4TB HDD
All of a sudden after restarting my computer, the windows Froze within minutes, I thought maybe a small issue, So I booted from USB and went into windows repair, The only option working for go to command prompt
There I ran the following commands
chkdsk /f
chkdsk /r
sfc /scannow

All these worked and then when I started windows, it took almost 8 minutes to start, and within 5 minutes of windows starting it froze..
