On opening XP windows explorer, the help pull-down menu provides an option "Help and Support Center." When I select this option, an hour glass appears next to my arrow cursor, then the hour glass disappears, and nothing else happens.

My XP system start menu also has an "Help and Support Center" option. When I left clock on Start and then pick Help and Support Center, nothing happens.

Can you help me to get my Help and Support Center option working again?

Download THIS file to your desktop and double click, then yes.

This will only work if Windows was installed to the default path, ie C:\Windows etc.
