myspace scrolling

Hi, a lttle new to this forum so bear with me. My problem involves myspace scrolling causing major packet loss on other machines on the LAN. I know, I know, this is impossible and that is what I told the kids but then they showed me and it is true. Say I'm playing my favorite game on my puter and my daughter is on myspace. Everything is fine and until she starts scrolling real fast on Myspace. Then I get MAJOR lag in my game untill she stops scrolling. Once she found out about this she loves to torture her brothers with it. Causes major fights. lol We are using a standard linksys wired router with 3 puters hooked up and a wireless gateway hooked to the other port. Any ideas on what's causing this and is it possible to say isolate one puter so it does affect the others on the LAN and still be safe. I don't normally run a software firewall, just turn it on every now and thing to check outbound. We mostly play FPS like Wolf and CS, but it also affects the RPG games they play.

 

Yes of course, but why would scrolling a myspace page bleed so much bandwidth and how does one stop this??
We have run three FPS games @ once with nary a blip in the ping, even on the same server. But, she scrollls a page and crashes the game on another puter? Is there some setting in Firefox to allow multiple connections when downloading a page?? Maybe if I turn that off??
