    I am looking for a MySQL Admin tool for Windows desktop.

    I've heard that PHPMyAdmin is good... I'm not much of a DB guy so I can't pass opinions myself.

    I haven't seen any win32 dbms for mysql recently. most of it is web based for MySQL

    Thanks guys but I am really looking to stay clear of web based stuff.

    In case you are interested, this is what I have been using thus far...

    EMS MySQL Manager 2 -- good but expensive

    SQLyog -- good, free and uses less than half the memory as EMS
