Mystery User Account Appears?!?!

    Suddenly, there is a User Account in my XP (that I sure as heck did NOT "create") entitled:

    "ASP.NET
    Machine A ...
    Limited Account
    Password Protected"

    Could this have anything to do with the '2.0 & 3.0 .net Framework' (dot-net? - which I still don't know if I need or even what the heck they are either???) "things" I've downloaded from Microsoft??
