first and foremost, on running the first scan I made a log copy. On my first run of Malwarebytes, some glitch happened and all my downloads got deleted. I thought perhaps it was something to do with this being windows 10 and me not having deleted my system restores, and on restart, I believe that i got reverted to a previous version.

there was some weirdness with the Malwarebytes anti malware opening. I was attempting to download the update and it informed me it had already protected me and that i should restart now to fix things. im not sure i did it correctly. it seemed to freeze in the middle the first time. I reran it again to ensure i'd done it properly.. the last one is the log i've attached.

I made a mistake with run and read me first. made a weird decision to avoid hitmanpro based on the notification that i'd used it before, which meant i couldn't use the trial mode. reread information afterwards and realized that I could still do scans, so i did one later. so the hitmanpro log is from after mgtools was run.

i also ran mgtools twice because the first time i accidentally did it the first time without admin mode and i wanted to make sure i didn't make any mistakes, i think i clicked no on a couple of the commands because they were run by a different program before i'd realized that the program was expected.

Im worried about the last information from hitmanpro, mywebsearch is not my favourite. what should i do?

having done further research, I found my original adwcleaner logs (when doing a new scan.) I've attached both the early log and the later one.

Computer is still taking quite a while to boot up, but PCkeeper isn't putting itself into the task bar any more which is a positive. I'm not sure how clean it is at the moment, but I can wait for your approval.

Are you saying that you want to fully get rid of Essentware's PCKeeper and PCKav antivirus? Looks like you already started doing this with Malwarebytes.
