nail.exe and probably more, need help please

Hello all, I have been through all the scans and procedures you require to remove malware but with no luck. I know I have the nail.exe virus as well as VX2 and probably some others. I am sorry in advance for my stupidity in this manner. Here is the highjack this log:

For the nail.exe do the following.

1. Download Nail/Bolder/Aurora Remover

2. Install

3. Run the tool
