Nail.exe problem

Picked up some malware/spyware from unknown source. After finding this site and doing some research, did the steps outlined in basic spyware, trojan, and virus removal. All appear to be gone except for NAIL.EXE. Software says this has been removed but it comes back. Tried to manually delete, still came back. I have a Compaq laptop running Windows XP home version. Am current on Microsoft updates. Using SBC DSL wireless with Norton fire wall and antiviris. Also have Spy Sweeper running. Can you help with the removal of this persistant Nail.exe problem?

Downloaded the suggested program. Ran it. I could not find Nail.exe on my system. Ran 3 different spyware programs and they all came clean. I think all is well. Thanks for your help.
