Nail.exe

After 3 days I still can't get rid of nails.exe on my windows xp machine. Everytime I delete it, it reappears. I have NAV and McAfee Antispyware loaded on the machine and have followed all the recommended steps for removing spyware and virus while in safe mode with networking. Some scans come up clean, while others find a few items. Nail.exe however, can be deleted, but it then just reappears. Any help would be appreciated.
