'White Riot' by The Clash. A real stomping song. Lots of people assume it's a racist song. They couldn't be further from the truth. Went to see them at Newcastle City Hall in 1978. They played this tune first. Happy days. I remember the first five rows of seats were ripped out by the end of the gig. Weren't me........
Geordie Joe to win X Factor ;)

    Hi EXOX3

Going from information in your profile, I'm not surprised you haven't heard of "The Radiators", they had formed in 1978. Another good song was 'Coming Home'. If your interested in that era (70's/80's) music look for songs that mention "Countdown" in the description on "YouTube" (or dare I mention iTunes also) it was a music show on the ABC a bit like "RAGE", the current version. You'll soon find lots of early Aussie acts.

    paramonks.

Hmm EXOX, you really left yourself wide open to all sorts of genres by posting like that.;) So, in view of that I will offer up something that I really really like and most likely everyone else here will really really hate it!

The folks that know me will not click on this link though if you're brave and with an open mind, you might hear something here to your liking. It has a great beat, if you can hear it!:-D I won't post anymore here.;)

I like all age music, I grew up listening to most of my parents stuff, people sometimes look at me weirdly when I sing along a little to a 70's, 80's & 90's song, its all gone rapish though, you cannot beat the oldies!!

Going through all the suggestions now, YouTube has a slew of them, cheers guys!

Wake Me up, before you GO GO!!! :-D

River Of Dreams, ahhh the nice songs! I completely forgot about the Corrs too!
