Bout time... I was gettin alot of abuse from my Stewart fan wife.

 

NASCAR on an oval track excites me much like soccer....up and down the field for three houre...0-0...woooohoooo let`s go again. NASCAR on a road course, however...isn`t as bad for me. I never truly understood the fascination that some have for three hours of left hand turns. I`ve friends that love it, and have tried to explain the allure to me...I just don`t get it.

 

what place did Mark Martin get in? hes the #6 for those who dont know i missed the race because of the storm

 

Martin came in 10th, stayed quiet & out of trouble all afternoon.

 

Any of you Yanks manage to catch the Australian V8 Supercars in their first visit to CHINA?

Descent is so steep they used to run a hillclimb up it.
Scares the hell out of any overseas drivers, no matter how skilled they are.

 

Just don`t get it...for some reason I`d rather watch an athletic endeavor...always seemed harder to hit a curve ball or hit the driver straight than negotiate traffic...izzit just me???

Have you ever tried driving a car at 200mph in wet conditions, less than a foot off the fender of the car in front of you and surround my 40+ other cars doing the same? There's a lot more to it than just taking left hand bends
