Nav 2003

Hello to one and all. I hope this is the right section to post this!

As of yesterday, when I try to do a full sys scan with my NAV 2003 I get a popup error message "unable to open file AntiVirus\Tasks\mycomp.sca"

I'm prompt to go to Symantec technical support knowledge base which I did and read the following,

On the Windows desktop, click Start > Programs (or All Programs) > Administrative Tools > Services.
Locate the Task Scheduler entry.
Verify that the Status is Started and that the Startup Type is Automatic.
If the Task Scheduler is not started, then right-click the Task Scheduler entry, and then click Start. Then run another Norton AntiVirus™ virus scan to see if this fixes the error. If you continue to see this error, then go on to the section "To copy the contents of a particular Symantec folder into certain user folders on the computer (Windows 2000/XP only)."
If the Task Scheduler does not appear in the list, then continue on to the next section "To enable the Windows Task Scheduler."

To enable the Windows Task Scheduler
On the Windows desktop, click Start > Control Panel.
Double-click Scheduled Tasks.
Click Advanced, and then click Start Using Task Scheduler.
Close the Task Scheduler.
Run another virus scan. If you continue to see this error, then go on to the section "To copy the contents of a particular Symantec folder into certain user folders on the computer (Windows 2000/XP only)."
Windows 98/ME

I've tried all of the above but to no availe.

Any suggestions?
