NBRY Agent/Internet Problems

So I've been having problems with what I believed to be the vundo/virtumonde virus thing. I downloaded Vundofix, it found two infected dll files, one of which it deleted, the other it could not. That was "vtUnnnLD.dll". I got HJT, fixed it, and went into safe mode and deleted it. When I restarted into normal mode, my spybot resident let me know that "NBRY Agent" was deleted, which I allowed. I checked my harddrive, the dll file is gone, and I also checked msconfig and there's nothing out of the ordinary running (that I can tell. Such as the NBRY thing which was). I have two problems now.

1) When I restart, my Spybot agent repeatedly pops up telling me that somethings trying to run, but its blacklisted. This pops up so many times it runs along the right side of my screen, until I close it. I have no idea what the process is its blocking. Secondly:

2) My internet isn't working properly. When I search something on Google, it just sits there loading forever, the same as when I try to get to Facebook, and a few other sites. I cleared all my personal data in firefox and even reinstalled it and it still won't work, yet my internet is running fine as normal.

My guess is maybe there is something else running thats harmful and I don't know about/don't know hot to fix? I can post a HJT log or spybot log or something if needed. This has been really frustrating, and I very much appreciate any help I can get. Cheers.
