nct audio player

    Im runiing win vista home basic ver 6 and when logging on Run time error 339 comes up with nct audio player dll missing. Do i need this file or can i get rid of it. Can somone chime in as to how i get into the registry and unclick or click the bindry or where i actually need to go. Ive done this before but forgot how to get there i think it was system confg or device mgr not sure which Thanks
