Need 2 Reinstall Xp Theme

Hi,

I was installing some random junk which was playing around with my themes. When i restarted it went back the old classic theme and when i went to change it, i realized that the whole default xp theme (the blue one) had been uninstalled. Does anyone know how i can get i back?

i'm running windows xp professional sp1

 

Download THIS file to your desktop, then double-click it and accept.

If that doesn't work and you have your XP CD try going to Start, Run and type in sfc /scannow (Note there is space after sfc ).

I clicked on the link provided and it doesn't come up with a file to download; just a whole lot of code etc.
As far as the CD goes, I don't have the CD as this is a laptop bought through and used in the school that I go to.

What should I do now??

 

Do a file save as restorethemes.reg.

 

Click on the link, then the download box will pop up.

Select Save, then save to your Desktop.

Accept the default name "restorethemes.reg" for File Name and click Save.

On your desktop you will now have the file with a blue cube for an icon.

Double-click on it and click O.K if it warns you and that's it.
