Need a printer I can run on XP 64 bit. any suggestions??

Recently my HP 2110 PSC All in one stopped working. it had been working with no problems but after a windows update It started acting up. So I went to HP and downloaded 64 bit beta drivers and it was working off and on and finally just died. Im looking to get a new printer but dont know which ones (if any) are XP Pro 64 bit compatible. Any suggestions??? Thanx!!!

 

I haven't had any problems with my HP OfficeJet 7310 (got it for $60 on craigslist :cool). However, depending on what you're looking for, here is a list of all Lexmark computers compatible with XP 64:

That said, unless there is physical damage to your current printer, you shouldn't give up on it working. If it worked once with XP 64, than it can work with it. If you give more details about how it stopped functioning we may be able to get that one back up and running again.

Thanx!!! But I cant tell you what one thing made it stop working other than possibly a windows update. HP discontinued this printer and only had XP Pro 64 bit beta drivers which did work up until about 3 weeks ago. I have thought that maybe it just stopped working period. Although it wont print emails anymore I can get the lights to flash if I try and scan a document, like its trying to do so but it wont. I can go through the whole install process and it tells me everything is fine but its like it cant communicate with my pc. I have also tried to install this on my backup tower which is XP Pro 32bit and I got it to scan a few pix but now it does the samething. I used the installation disk that came with the unit and got all the updates for it during the installation so everything was current and it does the exact samething. So im stuck and am looking at just buying a new one. And yes I uninstalled all previous versions as well as cleaning out all folders and any traces of HP software,cookies,tempfiles,registry keys... etc. etc..
