need a program that works like excel to open price sheets

    what freeware can i download besides micro office to open spreadsheets created by excel will open office work or not thanks for help

    Hey there, yes what Theramin said - and its free!

    Even some of the shortcuts are the same...just remember if going to use the same document in a Microsoft package to use open offices save as and select document type to save as eg... .xls - compatible. Microsoft office doesnt recognise the open office native format...
