need a serious hidden file viewer to kill worm

Ho there all,
I am in trouble with a seriously nasty infection that I can just NOT SEE.
What I need is a program that allows me to see every file (and I mean every) that exists on my system. (WIN XP)
It is a worm of sorts that is called by either logon or explorer etc and creates stupid temp files and lays a directory structure into the winnt/system32/mui folder as well amongst other stuff.
I do not know where the script is hiding but it causes mass mailing and all that shit (most probabaly does other stuff too)
Its a serious asshole and I want it dead!

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
