Need a Timer Program

Howdy. I'm looking for a program (like a countdown timer) that counts down from a specified number of miunutes, and once it hits 0, it closes Windows. My mom wants this so she can control when my brother is playing World of Warcraft (since yesterday, he played from noon till 4 in the morning ). It would also be very helpful if, instead of a time limit, maybe the program could close Windows at a certain time (say midnight). I did a couple Googles but haven't really found anythign that will do the trick.

My hope is to be able to go on the administrator account, turn on the program, then have it active on a limited account (like guest). If that is an impossibility though, it's all right. I can dream .

 

UPDATE: After trolling the Internet for a while, I ran into 3 that came loaded with malware, and a couple that didn't quite do what I wanted, then I finally hit gold with a program called "WinOFF". The interface is simple, and after looking around the config options, I found everything that I had been looking for. If you are interested in a program of this type, the link is here.

Also, try googling System Scheduler for a neat little prgram that opens and closes particular windows on a a schedule. If the program isn't running SS will open it for you. But it is a little tricky to use.
