Need a VERY specific program

    I need a program that follows the following:
    Freeware, no limits
    Allows input from multiple cameras
    Creates one live stream file, and you can switch which camera is feeding it.
    For example, I have camera 1, camera 2, and camera 3. I have one file, livestream.ASF (i think it's ASF files). I have camera 1 feeding it, and then I can click to change it to camera 2 feeding it.

    oh, i forgot to mention, I tried TinCam. You can't switch between cams.
