    Quick question, How long can you keep a turkey in the freezer guys?

    how long could you? or how long will I? my max for anything meat in the freezer is 6 months.... im not quite sure what the "proper" time is tho

    Haha :-D Oh I hate this time of year....just went to Tesco for xmas pud as it was on my Dads shopping list.....saw a deal for 2 for £3.50 and grabbed them....got home and find there's only one in the damn carrier bag :mad This means the woman at the check out must have let one of the puds roll underneath leaflets or carrier bags LOL Now I have to go back tomorrow and even though I am a regular customer ya just KNOW they're gonna think I'm tryna pull the wool over their eyes :-D

    I'm scrooge this year...I cannot be bothered with the tree or anything hehe

    When I'm having a party and I run out of room in the fridge, I'll put the salad or something out on my porch for an hour or two before serving...

    but a turkey all night???

    Yup still on TV and think just coming to end of a series! likely killed off all the viewers with advice like that :-D

    Still is director of that football (Soccer for our cousins across the pond ;) ) team Norwich IIRC.

    Delia's advice would be good if she lived here, as long as the temps are less than 40F it would be safe to eat but the stench of tires and gas would put me off!:puke I put stuff out on the porch all the time during the winter to cool things off quickly before putting it in the fridge. Hey, it's -16C/2F here ATM, I'm not worried about salmonella poisoning.;)

    As to wolfy posting this, I say put him in the freezer, bloody turkey in wolf's clothing!:-D
