Need assisstance

I recently downloaded something that has turned my Desktop blue with the words you are infected with Spyware or Adware get an Anitvirus to remove it now. Well I have Kaspersky and ran the full system scan and it came up with nothing. I have three new Icons on my desktop all for Spyware programs and no longer have the All program buttons or access to "My Computer" or anything like that. It all just disappeared. I have tried starting in safe mode but the keyboard does not work when given the option to move to safe mode it just stays on Start normally. I also do not have a system restore disk or anything like that. Any have any suggestions??

 

Disregard last. I have went through and did more searching through the forums here and found most of what i needed. Thanks for the great amount of info here.

 

OK I lied I still need some more help attached are the logs from going through th read me. My desktop still says that "Warning!!Spyware is detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer"

Other than that everything seems to be running much more smoothly.

Welcome to Major Geeks!

Please begin by going to start / run and type in msconfig and click on ok. In the window that opens up, check the box that says normal system start, click on accept and okay.

Then go to C:\MGTools\GetLogs.bat and double click on this file and wait for it to run to completion. It will say something like hit any key to close the window. When you finish, please come back here and attach the new set of MGlogs.zip which you will find when you click on the browse button by looking directly under C:\
