You'll need to attach the logs in a new post in your thread here http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=205690 so that Evilfantasy who is the malware expert thats picked up your request can help you, yes all you need to do now once that guide is run is to attach the logs, also mention that Combofix did not work and any error messages it gave.

The instructions for attaching the logs are in the read me, but here they are again HERE , once that is done you will gain some further instructions on removing any malware left on your PC.
