Need computer help..Have HijackThis log

    Not sure if this belongs here.. but i'm getting some problems with my computer. I just got my computer about 3 months ago and here are specs: 1.8ghz, 512mb ram, 80gb hd, Radeon9200 128mb video card. My computer started freezing wayyy more than it use it... almost everyime i open any media files or try to run a few programs at once it freezes needing me to restart.. and this started like 2 weeks ago... I scanned with Trendmicro, no virus, i scanned with my personal antivirus (Zone Alert Security Suite) no virus, i scannded with spybot: S&D and Adaware and no spyware.. I have no idea why this is happening all of a sudden. Any one got any ideas? Here is my HijackTHIS log:

    Hijack This is NOT the first step.

    First, please follow ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

    If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

    NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.


    After doing ALL of the above if you still have a problem:

    Make sure you have HijackThis 1.99.1 and follow the guidelines on where to install it and how to post a log as an attachment. This is all covered in the sticky thread NO HIJACK THIS LOG FILES BEFORE READING THIS: HJT Tutorial & LOG File Posting

    Now post a HijackThis log as an attachment to your message (Do not post the log inline). All running programs should be closed, including your web browser, e-mail. Close before running Hijack This!

    To repeat: Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file. Place it in its own folder, for example C:\Program Files\HJT

    Ok, i did everything you told me to do from that page, all the scans came up clean and everything seems to be running smooth... But my problem is, that all of a sudden (started a week ago) my computer started freezing soo much, especially when i'm watching a video of something. Like today, i had to restart my computer at least 10-12 times due to it freezing.. before this last week, it never froze! I've attached my log.

    First:

    Please close ALL browsers while using HJT.

    C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

    Second:

    Please relocate you HJT to a secure location, for example C:\Program Files\HJT

    C:\HJTHIS\HijackThis.exe


    Please allow me a moment to analyze your log. One question before I start, Do you use or know what Messenger Plus! 3 is?

    After you have relocated HJT and closed all browsers. Then procede on!

    Please look in Add or Remove Programs for the following and Uninstall when found:


    Messenger Plus! 3



    Please print out these instructions so that you can operate with All Browser Windows CLOSED.

    Please make sure System Restore is OFF and the Viewing of Hidden Files & Folders is Enabled as per the tutorial.



    Now scan with HijackThis and Check the Boxes for the following:

    Make sure All Browser Windows are Closed when you Click FIX.



    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.zzxjhmrrqx.com/0IqjQ5BuDlW9RCKib9VqAAil0URlHrXJ0BKemOvXynPRbvPt69lq3k J3Pzneaajg.html

    O2 - BHO: BHO - {00000015-A527-34E7-25C2-03A4E313B2E9} - c:\WINDOWS\system32\winsrvs_1.dll

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {CB9163E9-F786-F449-A77F-C37733A7655E} - C:\DOCUME~1\OKUKA~1\APPLIC~1\UPLOAD~1\Style jump.exe

    O23 - Service: Autodesk Licensing Service - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Service\AdskScSrv.exe (file missing)


    Again, make sure All Browser Windows are Closed when you Click FIX.


    NOW:
    Please boot into Safe Mode with the Viewing of Hidden Files & Folders Enabled and navigate to and DELETE the following if they should remain:


    c:\WINDOWS\system32\winsrvs_1.dll

    C:\DOCUME~1\OKUKA~1\APPLIC~1\UPLOAD~1\Style jump.exe
    (NOTE: If you know what this is leave it alone, if you DO NOT know what it is delete it.)



    NEXT:
    Run CCleaner and Spybot S&D and have Spybot fix what it finds.
    Note: Dont forget to update Spybot S&D by selecting "Search For Updates"


    Then, as an added precaution, Go to Start > Run and type: cleanmgr and then click OK. Make sure the boxes for these are checked:
    Temporary Files
    Temporary Internet Files
    Recycle Bin


    And Click OK.


    Reboot to Normal Windows , Scan with HijackThis and attach the new log.
    Let me know of any problems you may have encountered with the above instructions and how your computer is running now.
