Need Driver for Wireless Internet Access

Hi I have a dell inspiron 600m portable computer. I had some kind of virus on it and had to wipe and reload windows XP Home. Now I have the operating system back up and I do not have any driver CDs. So how do I find the driver that i need to install in order to connect to Comcast internet wirelessly.

Wow, there is a lot of drivers on that site, anyways thanks... I am assuming it is one on the network drivers, any pointers on determining which device I would need the driver for, i tried using belarc from a cd because i cannot access the internet on that machine.

I would try the service tag option here as many Dells can be customised, so thats why their are various hardware changes/options to choose from, this should give you all the info on your specific model http://support.dell.com/support/top...ystem=true&l=en&product_family=Inspiron&s=gen

Other than that try http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html Everest too to try and determine the Wireless card.

plus remember as you have re-installed the OS to also install the Intel Chipset drivers ( they are available in the fist link I gave you ) as these are need to allow correct ID of various hardware components.
