    Hi

    Could you give us some more information as that is not much to go on as it could be anything, its likely a Dial Up Modem driver, but which one and for which Windows version are the questions.

    Questions are:

    What Windows version and Service Pack are you using?
    What is your PC make and model if an OEM one like Dell, HP etc
    In Device Manager do you have any Yellow ! Marks by any devices and if so what ones, please name all?

    Or can follow the below and this should give us some info to go on to help you.

    Please follow the below as written and attach in a text file the log.

    Win7 SP1 It says Network Controller and PciSimple Communication Controller. Toshiba Satellite
    L650 OEM Laptop.
