Need fixlist from FRST, Please Assist

Hey there, I was hoping somebody here could lend me a hand at this. I'm unsure how to do this myself, but I'd like a fixlist from my FRST.txt as soon as possible. It would be greatly appreciated. Also, please bear with me here, as I am new to this. Thank you very much!

If somebody could lend me a hand at this, I'd be grateful.
I'm using the Farbar Recovery scan tool.
I need a fixlist.txt. I've provided FRST.txt and Search.txt
in hopes that this is enough to acquire the fixlist the system
I'm working on could use. Thanks!

Edit: It may also be good to tell that this is detected by AVG as Desktop.ini / Services.exe. Please assist, and thank you.

I've merged your two threads.

Be patient as I create a fix.

 

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

Attached is fixlist.txt

• Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
• You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

Now attempt to boot normally.
