need freeware to make program portable

i have a program its a game the thing is about 1.37GB of my hard drive and the installer is 363MB either way i would like to make it portable since i have both the installer and it installed im looking for a recomended program to make it portable i have already tryed the whole uniextractor then make a sfx archive and what not but it takes like 10 minutwes to open so im looking for an alternitive any suggestions are welcome tyvm in advance to whom ever answers
