Need Guidance

    I need guidance and help on a few issues. 1. I need to know how to completely remove Spinel Clean and Tidy. 2. Which free registry cleaner is the best. 3. Are there any free software to optimize windows start up and performance .

    The answer to questions 2 and 3 is CCleaner.

    Not too sure about question 1. Add/Remove programs will uninstall it, I'm sure, but I don't know of any special tools to clean up any remaining temp files and registry keys... I wouldn't even bother unless I thought it was causing problems.
