Need Headphones For A "digital Audio Out" Only Tv.

I briefly discussed this with @Just Playin I guess about a month ago when I had a thread about a soundbar. Now I want to go for headphones instead because of living in an apartment (for one reason anyway).

I did find an article that sounds like some good info but I am confused "still" as to "exactly" what I need to purchase. Here is the link for the article:

I will insert the image I have of the back of my TV so you can see what I have to work with. I'll need to buy headphones, and I am thinking wireless, but do need help in picking some out. I don't mind if they are not wireless. I'll be looking at the best, but least expensive way for me to go as I just can't afford a lot.

PS I would like to find the "over the ear" type headphones, if possible. Don't feel comfy with things sticking in my ears
